Arcélio Matias
Partner · Legal, Commercial Law & Compliance
Arcélio Matias is a lawyer and Partner at RR&NP, where he focuses on commercial law, corporate matters and compliance, bringing more than two decades of experience in complex business environments.
He holds a Law degree from Universidade Internacional de Lisboa, a postgraduate qualification in Management and Business Law, and a Master’s degree in Management through an Advanced Executive Management programme at NOVA Business School. He also completed an Advanced Management Programme at Angola School of Management.
His practice focuses on the analysis and negotiation of commercial and financing agreements, company incorporation and restructuring, corporate operations and governance.
In the compliance area, he supports organisations in strengthening integrity frameworks, regulatory awareness, governance practices and risk mitigation.
Throughout his career, he has also undertaken executive education in corporate governance, compliance, capital markets, company valuation and due diligence, and has participated in corporate boards and governance bodies.
